Should I bring a list of Medications with me to my appointment?

Bringing your medication and supplements to your doctor’s visit takes a little more effort, however, it will ensure that you are prescribed and taking the right medications.

Do you see children?

We welcome anyone from age 0 and up in our practice.

Do you accept insurances?

We welcome most major insurance PPO plans, Medicare, and HMO’s. Please contact our office to confirm we accept your insurance.

What is your No Show Policy?

Every appointment time you receive has been specifically reserved for you. We ask that you call a day in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $40 No Show fee may be charged to your account if you do not notify us within 24 hours. Please note that special procedures may incur other costs. Please ask us about the procedure in question.

How do I reach you after hours?

In an emergency situation, please call 911 or seek immediate medical attention at your local Emergency Room. In the matter of urgent matters, call 609.581.5900 and ask to speak with the doctor on call. For non-urgent matters, kindly leave a message at the office. We strive to respond to your call within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I request Medication Refills?

For medication refill requests usually the pharmacy will contact us by fax or phone. We strive to respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours. Please understand that at times, if you or your pharmacy haven’t heard from us within this time, call us directly at 609.581.5900.

Do you have Parkings?

Parking is available on campus.
